Afternoon Practice Closure on 21st May 2025

The practice will be closed for staff training on the below date:

  • Date: 21st May 2025
  • Time: 12:30 – 5:30pm

During the afternoon closure, patient care will be provided by Salford Primary Care Together EPIC 24 team. They will be available to support all urgent health needs, including:

  • Same Day Urgent Care
  • Acute Prescriptions
  • Face to Face and remote consultations
  • Urgent Home visits (where clinically appropriate)
